Water based exercise can help improve both your physical and mental wellness in a number of ways.

Being surrounded by water can help to relieve any stress and tension as the muscles in the body are loosened. This also allows for little to no impact on joint and muscles helping you to strengthen the body.

Swimming in the ocean can also relax your muscles, reduce stress and help induce sleep. So take a dip, float or just walk along the beach in the water!
